Chief Financial Officer
Kris is responsible for allocating capital and managing investment initiatives to drive the strategic direction of Filtration Group. Kris oversees global teams in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations, accounting, finance, tax, treasury, and investor relations. In addition, Kris is heavily involved in driving Filtration Group’s acquisition strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Filtration Group, Kris served as the CFO for Medline Industries, the world’s largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies. Kris was part of the executive team responsible for more than an 80% increase in revenue. At Medline, he was also responsible for the P&L of select international markets and was essential to strategy and business development. Previously, he spent more than 10 years at Baxter International, where he held progressive financial and general management roles, including several years of living outside the United States. He began his career at KPMG.
Kris graduated from Eastern Illinois University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for privately held Nielsen Massey Vanillas and is a supporter of multiple charitable organizations.
